From our humble beginnings in the early ‘70’s with Home Style Pizza & Submarine on the corner of Van Antwerp Road in Niskayuna, the Ritz Restaurant on Van Vranken Avenue, and Home Style Caterers on upper Union Street, providing our customers a unique and satisfying experience has been our lifelong goal.

Family patriarchs of the Bennice and Adonnino families dedicated their lives and their entire extended family to serving the finest, richest Sicilian and Mediterranean dishes perfected over many generations.  Now another chapter in the tradition of providing the freshest, locally sourced food of the highest quality and most exquisite tasting food is created with The Ritz On Union.
